My submission for the Talenthouse This Is England 90s competition. The brief was to create a poster that summed up the visuals of 90s rave. I focused on the underground rave posters and flyers that preserved a punk ethic of using cheap, low-fi methods to produce iconic posters to promote their events. Embracing the DIY aesthetic of these posters, this piece calls back to the rebellious days of the earlier This is England series set in the 80's whilst calling upon the colours and symbolism of 90's rave.
